I am aware that many owners of early TA21's fitted with the Solex 30PAAI carburetor had a later factory conversion to the twin SU configuration. Mine was an early export to Australia (number 24314) and has remained with its original Solex carburetor. To that end I would be interested to know from members whether there are cars still running with this carburetor. I would also like to know whether any members have any experiences with this carburetor that they would care to share, other than of course, its relegation to the junk box.
