General TA-14 and TA-21 similarities

Besides a TA-14 DHC project, I am also looking at a TA-21 Mulliner Sedan project.  Does anyone with experience on both 14's and 21's know how different the main body are between the two?  I am speaking from the cowling to the rear doors?  Also, how different are the radiator cowls between the two models?  Could someone share a picture of the rolling chassis from a TA-21.  Hopefully, you can tell I am trying to school myself on these two Alvis Models.  Alan Posted by alsfarms 28/12/2012 12:45:11

Hi again Alan, I've worked on both cars, but only a little with the 21. TA21 is quite different. It was a new chassis design. Independent front suspension for starters. So, I'd expect that the bodies are significantly different too.  Paul. Posted by pryantcc 11/01/2013 23:05:34

Hello Paul, Do you have any picture of a rolling TA-21 chassis from the front?, with no body tin but the engine in place? Al Posted by alsfarms 16/01/2013 02:30:06

Thanks to Chris Prince for a few nice pictures of the TA-21 chassis.  I now see a very different running gear than the TA-14.  The TA-21 looks much more advanced. Alan Posted by alsfarms 19/01/2013 15:09:26
