Here is the drawing incase anyone needs it.... I guess it will be similar on Alvis cars of this era. Hacked from 4mm steel with a Black and Decker hand jigsaw and edges smoothed with a rotary sanding drum in the drill press....... test fit, adjust with hammer !! Then into the zinc bath.
