Anthony, Not owning a Speed 25 I am unsure of the wiper mechanism, however it sounds like it is time to strip the system down for an overhaul. If the wipers are activated by a cable in an outer tube then the symptoms sound like that the teeth in each spindle wheel box are worn down and are no longer engaging. If this is the case the solution is simple, namely rotate each shaft 180 degrees and line up a new set of teeth. The other thought that comes to mind is that if it is cable operated, that the cable has broken or the cable end that mounts to the motor has disengaged. Sorry that I can't be of any more assistance.
