Has anyone replaced the roller thrust bearings in an L7 box? Mine are OK but I'd like to renew them on principle whilst the box is in pieces. I can see that the outer tracks are pressed in but are the inner ones integral with the worm or separate? I spoke to one specialist who said that it should have ball bearings!
