Graber and Wikipedia

In researching some Graber bodied cars, I looked at the Wikipedia entry for Graber. [url:e6fmb6tg]https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Graber[/url:e6fmb6tg]  I was surprised to read the following [i:e6fmb6tg]"The Alvis Owners’ Club maintains that the resemblance between the Graber bodied cars and those bodied by the UK firms was only superficial."[/i:e6fmb6tg]  Surely that is not the view of the Club?  Park Ward, as I understand matters, purchased the Jigs etc., and while the design was modified, describing it as only having a superficial resemblance seems unlikely.   Perhaps someone with knowledge of how to edit wiki content could amend the entry to something more realistic.  john Posted by John Murch 03/01/2016 09:21:43

It is well known that you should not believe everything  you read on such sites. John Fox, our Graber Model Secretary, is much better informed to comment on Graber cars than I but I believe that the Graber cars were a significant influence on the redesign of the 3 litre cars.
