I am very slowly stripping an engine for re-build and have found the oil pressure relief valve assembly won't move. I assume the spring and "plunger" are rusted together inside. Can it be driven out from underneath as there is an oil galley just below (which bridges the rear main bearing via a steel pipe)? Is there an easy way to do it without damage?
