Speed 25 Exhaust Manifold

Hi, Does anyone have a sound exhaust manifold for a 1937 Speed 25 SB model to replace my badly cracked original. Alternatively, is there a firm who can repair these - although I think mine might be too bad. Or can anyone recommend an exhaust manufacturer who could replicate one in stainless steel? Many thanks for any help, Cliff Thompson 01708 765851 or cliffthompson@talktalk.net Posted by cjt 01/08/2016 09:20:51

Hi Cliff I use Haywood and Scott for anything like this. Had multiple exhausts made and non have failed in any way. They can build you a tubular manifold, then I would suggest getting it ceramic coated to keep the under bonnet temperatures down. http://www.haywardandscott.com Think they are local to you (ish) also which is always a bonus. Chris Posted by chhym 01/08/2016 12:48:24

I have not personally used them, but know of other Alvis owners who have used with success: http://www.jpexhausts.co.uk/index.asp Whatever you end up doing, please post the results! Hi Cliff, I have had similar cast iron manifolds repaired successfully by: http://www.richardkimberleyservices.co.uk/index2.html Dave Posted by DaveT 11/09/2016 06:30:59
