I am attempting to get some originality back to a recently acquired VdP style bodied Sp25. Am looking for the following: 1 pair Lucas P100 Headlamps 1 pair FT37 passlights Would be happy to swap a pair of perfect Marchal headlamps. 4.3 VdP style wheel cover fitted to bootlid Swan neck fan (to replace a ghastly Kenlowe electric monstrosity) Full range of bits and pieces to go on engine bulkhead 4.3 tourer type rear number plate/light assembly to fit in split rear bumper. Any and all help/input/advice would be gratefully received. Regarding the "ghastly" Kenlowe fan, I have actually removed my Swan neck from my Speed 20 in favour of electric fans. I have put two discreet 8 inch fans on the upper part of the radiator, one on either side of the "V". I was fed up with the mechanical fan noise which I could hear over the exhaust sound (especially on the over-run), hopefully slightly better mileage and (not applicable to 25's) some modicum of temperature control, as Speed 20s do not have a thermostat. Steve Laurence. Hi Steve Hopefully, the required new radiator should help (Barrs Leaks and glycol not a winning combination!). The aesthetic of an original swan neck is so good, I have to try it before giving in to practicality! If it drives me nuts, I'll let you know! Cheers Desmond Posted by DGM 29/06/2012 18:19:20

Hi Desmond, I have a pair of P100 lamps. They are ,i think, P100R, but not sure if this is the right type number. Anyway they are the type with curved mirror reflectors and a small bulls-eye lens in the top leg of the tripod. Might be a bit early for a SP25? Paul Garratt 8278N. 01606 833093 Posted by paulgarratt 02/07/2012 10:51:06

Dear Paul Many thanks for the reply. I've just bought the P100's that Jack Clover had in his garage. I saw this type with the bulls eye lens on a 1935'ish Lagonda. I may be interested - could you send me a photo showing condition etc? My email is dgm@lescazettes.com. You have probably sorted a pair of P100 lights by now, but if not I have a pair. stevetillyer@me.com Posted by steve.alvis 26/10/2013 07:49:46
