Radiator cap for TE 21

I want to install a radiator cap, which allows the overflow to go back to the radiator (recovery cap in combination with an overflow bottle under the fender). Now it looks like a non recovery cap is installed. Anybody any idea if such one is available. I Found in my box of old parts a radiator cap, which has a rubber at the top (in very bad condition), which seems to be an indicator for a recovery cap. Posted by Otto 19/10/2016 19:47:02

I have a non pressurised expansion bottle fitted to the inner wing of my TD21 fed by a flexible tube reaching to the bottom of the bottle attached to the shortened overflow pipe. As the water warms up it flows into the bottle, as it cools down the water is sucked back into the radiator. I'm using the standard radiator cap for my TD21 supplied by Chris Prince and surprisingly it just works. This works fine as long as a head of water is maintained in the bottle when cold. The radiator is then always full to the brim, hot or cold. I presume the TE21 has the same radiator as the TD21. This modification was fitted by http://www.amkengineering.co.uk/welcome ... d-website/ who I'm sure would be happy to offer more advice if required.
