Surely this is the finest Alvis Workshop??

Twenty seven keen South West members give up their Saturday morning this week to make a return visit to Rob Stoneman’s fantastic classic car workshop in Kentisbeare near Cullompton, Devon which specialises in the restoration of  pre-war Alvis cars. Our last visit was in 2017 when the enterprise was somewhat in its infancy albeit very impressive. The workshop today is an absolutely pristine establishment, in many ways  the condition quality is more akin to a medical surgery, and the quality of the workmanship on display was of remarkable quality. We were able to admire a number beautiful finished examples of their work which were on display outside in the sunshine. At 1pm we were all guided up the road to Rob’s local pub where we were all treated to a choice of drink and a very nice buffet lunch………… The unanimous verdict - The best Section Event ever.
